5-Year Guarantee
Through the integrity of our product quality and policy of ongoing customer care, we will guarantee your conservatory blinds against defective workmanship and materials for a period of 5 years.
10-Year Buy Back Promise
We’re so convinced of the quality and excellence of our products, that we offer all customers the opportunity to trade-in their conservatory blinds after 10 years, and receive a 50% discount equivalent to the original price paid (less VAT) – to put towards a brand new set!
Thomas Sanderson Lasting Care service option
Like all precision engineered products, ongoing maintenance is essential to ensure everything continues to function perfectly. That’s why we’ve introduced Thomas Sanderson Lasting Care, our regular maintenance programme to safeguard your investment.
